Refund and cancellation policy

We would rather sort a problem out than keep money from an unhappy client. This page says exactly where you stand.

Services, not goods

We sell professional services. Nothing is shipped to you, so there is no return policy and nothing to send back.

Cancelling before work starts

Write to [email protected]. If we have not started, you get a full refund of anything you have paid, with no questions and no fee.

Cancelling once work has started

You can stop a project at any time. We invoice only for the work genuinely done up to that day and refund the rest of your deposit. We will show you what was done. If we have not started a piece of work you paid for, you are not charged for it.

Monthly work

Monthly engagements can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the month you have paid for. We do not ask for notice periods and there is no cancellation fee. The current month is not refunded once that month's work has been delivered.

If you are not happy with the work

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and be specific about what is wrong. We will correct it at our cost. If we cannot put it right, we refund the part of the fee that relates to the work in question.

If we cancel

If we cannot continue for any reason, you get a full refund of anything paid for work not yet delivered, and you keep everything produced up to that point.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, in the same currency you were charged in (EUR or USD), normally within 5 working days of being agreed and in any case within 14 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Payment disputes

If you do not recognise a charge or think it is wrong, please email us first at [email protected]. We answer within one working day and, where the charge is ours to refund, we would rather refund it directly than put you through a chargeback. You keep every right you have to raise the matter with your card issuer.
