Privacy notice
Last updated 20 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to personal data you send through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Predix Digital LTD, United Kingdom, trading as Predixition. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, your current website address, the type of work you are interested in and your message. Our server also records the IP address and browser string of the submission, which we use to block automated spam.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
We use it solely to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to carry out that work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us, and, once engaged, performance of a contract. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider stores it on our behalf, and our email provider carries the notification. Traffic to this site passes through Cloudflare, which processes connection data in order to serve and protect the site. We do not transfer your data outside those providers.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all on the public pages: no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, nothing that follows you to another website. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Visit statistics
We count visits ourselves, on our own server, so that we know which pages are read. No analytics company is involved and nothing is sent to one. For each page view we record the page address, the country your connection appears to come from, whether you are on a phone, tablet or desktop, and the website that linked you, if any — only its domain name, never the full address.
Your IP address is never written to disk. It is used for a fraction of a second to produce a one-way fingerprint, mixed with a secret value and the current date, so that the same visitor is counted once per day. Because the date is part of it, that fingerprint changes every midnight and cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next, or to identify you. The figures we keep are counts, not records of people.
We keep the daily totals for 180 days and then delete them. If your browser sends a “do not track” signal, we do not count the visit at all.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
